The pressure seat of the PPM-T421 transmitter is made of 17-4PH stainless steel single-piece integrated structure. The integrated stainless steel diaphragm makes the overload performance much higher than the common cores such as diffused silicon and ceramics, and its pressure interface has no welds , No silicone oil or other organic matter, good sealing performance. The sensor's sensitive components are firmly sintered on the pressure seat with glass micro-melting technology, which greatly improves the sensor's performance in high temperature resistance and vibration resistance, ensuring the long-term stability, reliability and durability of the transmitter in industrial harsh environments. In the standard purification production process, various parameters are strictly controlled. The entire product has undergone strict testing and aging screening of components, semi-finished products and finished products, and its performance is stable and reliable.
